RETURNS
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK law).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging

REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
